Remember well the nature of sin, for it deceives us. It wants us to sin, live for sin and ruin us. Sin disappoints. Sin is very destructive and eventually brings death. A fine preacher of the Word of GOD once said: Sin is the misuse and abuse of something right and good. A quote from Pastor Adrian Rogers who has since passed and gone to Heaven. As believers we need to be aware of what the Bible says. I have been tripped up by sin. Truly it can cause much grief. Keep your sonar on and beware of Satan's submarines which fire off those fiery torpedoes which we call fiery darts from Ephesians chapter 6. If we sin we need to get right with JESUS, read 1 John 1:9 and turn from that sin and live on for JESUS.

But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of CHRIST and of GOD. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of GOD upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the LORD: walk as children of the light: For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth; Proving what is acceptable unto the LORD.

So I can ask myself the same question I ask you. Are we as a believer living an acceptable life for JESUS CHRIST our LORD? Thank GOD HE loves us and wants us to do right because HE Himself died to save us from sin on the Cross of Calvary shedding HIS blood for our sins. If you are not saved in CHRIST you need to be. Call upon HIS name and be saved.
